PL8 is a cubing mandoline by Progressive Mandoline. I got this during a sale, but it is hard to see why chefs would want it. The PL8 can slice, julienne and cube, but is it worth it?

Chicken nuggets, tried making Joshua Weissman’s Chicken McNuggets. It takes a little more effort, but it is worth it. It is McDonald’s chicken nuggets, but better!
